"I have had my 2002 Keystone 5th wheel serviced by you 2 times in the last few months. I would like to take some time and personally thank the management team and the service department for the time they spent with me in installing a 32 inch TV, and in detailing the outside of the trailer.
I made a huge mistake in buying the trailer from Dan Gamel in Fresno 2 years ago. The decals were all worn out and I asked for some new ones. After 2 months of calling them each time getting the "we are working on it" I decided to call you. Brian in service asked for the model, year and make and after 1 day he called with all the decals for the trailer. I purchased them from him and from that time I have not been back to Gamel's.
The guy in the shop whose name I believe was Rusty was great in altering the cabinet for the TV. It looks like it came that way !!!! I have gotten nothing but compliments the last 4 times out.
Your detail guy made the trailer look like new. I told my wife that if Gamel's wanted to impress, the trailer should have come like that when we picked it up. After the great experiences I have had with you guys I will never go anywhere else.

The work was done in 48 hours without incident and for less money than you quoted. What a great orgainzation you have. To learn that the service manager had been with the firm for 18 years and really does know how my RV works is very beneficial.
